Introduction<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Welcome to ItaliaDirect, a package forwarding service that connects Croatian shoppers with Italian retailers. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p><p><strong>2. Service Description<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">ItaliaDirect provides:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>A personal Italian address for shopping<\/li><li>Package receiving and storage<\/li><li>Forwarding services from Italy to Croatia<\/li><li>Package tracking and delivery<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Account Registration<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">When registering, you must:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Provide accurate, complete information<\/li><li>Keep your information updated<\/li><li>Maintain the security of your account<\/li><li>Be responsible for all activities under your account<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Package Forwarding Process<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Register and receive your Italian address<\/li><li>Shop from Italian retailers using your Italian address<\/li><li>Purchase a forwarding service before your package arrives<\/li><li>Lack of corresponding forwarding service purchased upon customer&#8217;s package arrival triggers article 9.<\/li><li>We receive, process, and forward your package to Croatia<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Pick up at Italian address<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Customers may elect to pick up their packages in person at our Italian warehouse address. By selecting this option, you agree to:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Collect your package within 5 business days of receiving our \u201cReady for Pick Up\u201d notification email<\/li><li>Provide customer code identification at the time of pick-up<\/li><li>If you fail to collect your package within 5 business days, we reserve the right to automatically forward it to your default Croatian delivery address to avoid storage fees<\/li><li>Storage fees of \u20ac9 per day will apply if you request to extend the pick-up window beyond 5 days<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. Package Size Limits and Pricing<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We offer three forwarding options:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Small: Up to 2kg<\/li><li>Medium: 2-5kg<\/li><li>Large: 5-10kg<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">All prices include receiving, storage, and forwarding to Croatia.<\/p><p><strong>7. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Payment is required before package forwarding<\/li><li>We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers<\/li><li>All prices are in euros<\/li><li>No monthly fees &#8211; pay only when you ship<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. Inactive Service Packages<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In case of purchased service packages for whom ItaliaDirect did not receive any tracking updates, physical package or any communication from the customer, the purchased service package will go through the following timeline:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>8.1. &#8220;Waiting&#8221; Status: Upon purchase, your service order is placed in &#8220;Waiting&#8221; status while our warehouse awaits the arrival of your package. If no physical package arrives and we receive zero communication or updates from you within 30 days of the purchase date, the order will automatically be transitioned to &#8220;On Hold&#8221; status.<\/li><li>8.2. &#8220;On Hold&#8221; Status: An order placed &#8220;On Hold&#8221; is paused for the convenience of your future use. If the order remains in this status for an additional 30 days (60 days total from the initial purchase date) with still no package arrival and absolutely no customer communication despite our email notifications, the service order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded to your original payment method. Any physical package arriving at our warehouse after this cancellation will be subject to the terms of Article 9.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>9. Package handling with no service purchased<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>\u00a09.1. Storage Fees: If a physical package arrives at our Italian warehouse without a pre-purchased forwarding service package linked to it, we will store the package for up to 30 days. If no forwarding service is purchased within 7 days of the package&#8217;s arrival, a daily storage fee of \u20ac9 will apply.<\/li><li>9.2. Abandoned Goods: Physical packages that remain unclaimed or unresolved in our warehouse after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at our sole discretion, without any liability or obligation to reimburse the customer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>10. Delivery Address<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>You must provide an accurate Croatian delivery address<\/li><li>We&#8217;re not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses<\/li><li>You can update your address in your account settings<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>11. Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>We ship packages every Tuesday and Friday<\/li><li>Delivery to Croatia typically takes 3 business days<\/li><li>Remote areas may require additional time<\/li><li>Full tracking is provided for all packages<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>12. Prohibited Items<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We do not forward:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Illegal items or substances<\/li><li>Weapons or ammunition<\/li><li>Perishable goods<\/li><li>Hazardous materials<\/li><li>Items requiring special permits<\/li><li>Counterfeit goods<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>13. Liability Limitations<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">ItaliaDirect is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Package damage during transit from the retailer where package was purchased to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customer&#8217;s final address<\/li><li>Delays caused by shipping carriers<\/li><li>Incorrect information provided by you<\/li><li>Consequential damages of any kind<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>14. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">All content on our website is owned by ItaliaDirect and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.<\/p><p><strong>15. Privacy<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.<\/p><p><strong>16. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Any disputes will be governed by Croatian law and resolved through binding arbitration in Croatia.<\/p><p><strong>17.
