ItaliaDirect Expands Shipping to 30 kg With New Package Tiers

ItaliaDirect has expanded its service to accept packages up to 30 kg, adding four new tiers in response to growing customer demand. The update more than doubles the previous weight limit and opens the service to goods that were previously out of reach.

The new Extralarge Package covers mid-sized furniture, large kitchen appliances and exercise gear. Three further tiers, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL, handle heavier electronics and bulky items up to the 30 kg ceiling.

Pricing follows the same flat-rate model as existing packages, based on weight class. Delivery to Croatia stays at 3 working days, twice weekly.

The expansion reflects steady growth since launch. “Most of our early customers asked the same question: can you handle bigger things?” the ItaliaDirect team said. “Now the answer is yes.”

All packages ship through the company’s Italian warehouse, with end-to-end tracking and the same signup process. Customers keep one free Italian address for every order, regardless of size.

3. Select your package size in your account and pay
4. Receive your parcel in Croatia within 3 working days
