1. Introduction
Welcome to ItaliaDirect, a package forwarding service that connects Croatian shoppers with Italian retailers. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
ItaliaDirect provides:
- A personal Italian address for shopping
- Package receiving and storage
- Forwarding services from Italy to Croatia
- Package tracking and delivery
3. Account Registration
When registering, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete information
- Keep your information updated
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Package Forwarding Process
- Register and receive your Italian address
- Shop from Italian retailers using your Italian address
- Purchase a forwarding service before your package arrives
- We receive, process, and forward your package to Croatia
5. Pick up at Italian address
Customers may elect to pick up their packages in person at our Italian warehouse address. By selecting this option, you agree to:
- Collect your package within 5 business days of receiving our “Ready for Pick Up” notification email
- Provide customer code identification at the time of pick-up
- If you fail to collect your package within 5 business days, we reserve the right to automatically forward it to your default Croatian delivery address to avoid storage fees
- Storage fees of €9 per day will apply if you request to extend the pick-up window beyond 5 days
6. Package Size Limits and Pricing
We offer three forwarding options:
- Small: Up to 2kg
- Medium: 2-5kg
- Large: 5-10kg
All prices include receiving, storage, and forwarding to Croatia.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is required before package forwarding
- We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
- All prices are in euros
- No monthly fees – pay only when you ship
8. Package Handling
We store packages for up to 30 days.
If no forwarding service is purchased within 7 days of package arrival, we charge a daily storage fee of €9.
Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of without liability.
9. Delivery Address
- You must provide an accurate Croatian delivery address
- We’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses
- You can update your address in your account settings
10. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship packages every Tuesday and Friday
- Delivery to Croatia typically takes 3 business days
- Remote areas may require additional time
- Full tracking is provided for all packages
11. Prohibited Items
We do not forward:
- Illegal items or substances
- Weapons or ammunition
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Items requiring special permits
- Counterfeit goods
12. Liability Limitations
ItaliaDirect is not liable for:
- Package damage during transit
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect information provided by you
- Consequential damages of any kind
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by ItaliaDirect and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
14. Privacy

15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be governed by Croatian law and resolved through binding arbitration in Croatia.
